Travel Agent Commission (TAC)

• First 10 bookings: 10% commission on base tariff
• From the 11th booking: 15% commission on base tariff

Note: TAC applies only to the base tariff. Taxes are applied to the total package. 100% advance payment is required for booking confirmation.

Children & Adult Classification

• Children below 5 years – Complimentary stay
• Children aged 5–12 years – 50% of adult tariff
• Children above 12 years – Charged as adults
• Single occupancy – Extra charges applicable

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 14 days before check-in – 90% refund on base tariff
• Between 14 days and 2 working days – 50% refund on base tariff
• Less than 2 working days – No refund
• Unused nights or early check-out – No refund

Dandeli Tourism reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion for any lawful reason.

Booking Confirmation & Service Voucher

All confirmed bookings will receive an official Service Voucher from dandeliwildstay.com. Guests must present this voucher at check-in.
